Jessica Holley

Founding Partner & Managing Member

Jessica Holley is the Founding Partner and Managing Member of West Seattle Property Management. Jessica has over 15 years of experience in all aspects of residential property management. She began her career with Holland Residential as an Onsite Concierge handling residents requests at one of their large multi-family properties. From that beginning she has honed her craft and evolved into the premier Property Manager in Seattle. Owners and Residents both celebrate her ‘firm but fair’ approach to handling business with poise and efficiency.

Jessica was born and raised in the Pacific NW and has called West Seattle home for the past 16 years. She loves animals, enjoys baking homemade treats, is a dedicated fitness enthusiast, and Mariners fan!

Holly Rotach

President, CPA – President

Holly Rotach is the President and a Founding Partner of Full Circle Accounting. Holly has over 20 years of experience in accounting and has been focused on property management accounting since 2015. She started her accounting career in manufacturing with Faribault Foods quickly rising from general accountant to corporate accounting manager. She enjoys being able to make a difference by helping bring order and process to the accounting function. She then brought these skills to commodity trading at Cargill helping the company successfully manage record growth.

In 2007, Holly and her family moved to Colorado where she began working in the software as a service industry with The Breakaway Group. She was able to use her experience to help establish an accounting department that provided reliable information to company decision makers. Through it all one thing stands out, her desire to help companies develop a solid accounting junction to help them reach their goals. Holly is a member of the Denver chapter of NARPM, the Apartment Association of Metro Denver and the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce. When she is not busy working on numbers you will likely run into Holly outside on her bike or hiking and skiing with her family.
