Full-Time Management Agreement Terms

  • Monthly Management Fee: 10% gross rental income ($100/month/unit minimum)
  • Leasing/Turnover Fee: the greater of $1,000 or 100% of one full month’s rent
  • Lease Renewal Fee: the greater of $1,000 or 100% of one full month’s rent
  • New Account Setup Fee: $250/unit
  • Owner Benefits Offering: $55/month/unit*

Opening Balance: $500
Minimum Reserve: $500
Maintenance Authroization Level: $500

Owner Statements & Monthly Distributions processed via ACH on the 10th of each month
